Monday - September 3.
209 S. Adams St.  Downtown Green Bay

The purpose of the event is four-fold:

  • To attract the youth of the community to come together in a safe and festive environment to enjoy music and food with their peers
  • To give several talented young bands of the area exposure in an area event, as well as an opportunity to perform appropriate music to a large number of young people
  • To provide an opportunity for the youth in both the Anglo and Hispanic communities to interact with each other
  • To raise some funds for the Hispanic ministries provided here at St Willebrord
Bands We have several bands scheduled.

12 until 12:45 - Third Standard
Representing NotreDame High School

Our music styles are varied. Classic Rock, Alternative Rock, and Mainstream make up most of our set list. Recently, we have included a few original. We have been together as a band for five months. Our largest crowd was over 13,000 people at the 31st annual Bellin Run.

Thomas Moore- Bass, Piano, Vocals
Christian Roovers-
Drums
Robby Van Oss-
Guitar, Vocals

1 until 1:45pm - The Gardeners - DePere

We're a group of teenage dudes from De Pere, WI. Greg, and John, our drummer, started the band about midsummer '05. since then they added Jesse, Greg's best friend and guitarist, and Jimmy, our schwasomely cool alaskan bassist. Up until recently, all we did was play covers of songs by bands like Green Day, Blink 182, Weezer, etc. But Greg and Jesse started writin their own stuff, and now thats really all we play. We spend most of our time working on those, but still throw in the occasional cover. We're mainly a punk band. But our stuff varies a lot. We got a little bit of everything. So yea. thats about it for now. See y'all later.

2:00-2:45pm - Mariachi Estrella
Representing St Willebrord Church

3:00pm until 3:30 - JAMMN
Representing St Elizabeth Seton Church

Ages 12 & 13 from Holy Family School and Lombardi Middle School.  Jackie, Austin, Mikey, Maddy & Nathan are JAMMN

Maddy & Mikey are twins.  Mikey drums and Maddy sings and plays keyboard.  Jacklyn sings, plays flute and keyboard.  Austin plays guitar and Nathan is on Bass.  You might see 3 of them playing in the Choir on Sunday's at St Willebrord.

Austin attends Lombardi Middle school.  The other 4 are all attending Holy Family School.

3:30-4:15pm - 5/6/7/8 Dance

Back by popular demand!  This group of youth provides a most entertaining show.  You won't want to miss it!

We had them come last year ... but this year, we've extended their time slot because they are just so fun to watch!

4:15-5pm - 1rst Degree Band
Representing St Al's Church - Kaukauna

The band started out as a three piece band consisting of John, Max and founding lead singer Logan Meyerhopher.  One of the songs that we still play today, "Appreciate" was written by Logan.  We found our first drummer, Jake Schuh, and the band was what we thought, complete.  Logan decided to hand the mic over to Billy, but still remains to be good friends with the band today.  After playing about three gigs, Jake decided to hand the drum sticks over to Drey. Meanwhile, Cody Timmers joined the band as alternating lead and rhythm guitarist which is the make up of the band today.

5:15-6pm - Mariachi
Representing St Willebrord Church

This is the second of two Mariachi groups representing St Willebrord.
