St. Willebrord’s
new Parish Center
includes:
  • Handicapped-accessible entrances from  both Adams Street and the
    east side of the building
  • Elevator for easy access to all floors
  • A large multi-purpose first-floor meeting room with seating for up to
    300 people
  • A fully-equipped kitchen
  •  Sufficient restrooms (also handicap-accessible)
  • 16-18 classrooms
  • Health Screening room
  • A resource / conference room
  • Music Rehearsal Room (with secure storage)
  • Three offices for staff members and volunteers
  • Food Pantry
  • Storage for program materials and equipment

Project

Cost & Goals

 Total Project Cost:          $ 1,750,000

The total project cost includes removal of the present (convent) structure, new construction, interior finishing, furnishings, equipment, appliances, and paving of the west parking lot.  Finishing and furnishing includes such items as cabinetry, millwork, painting, carpeting, tile, window coverings, desks, chairs, tables, computers, phone system, etc.
